If you’re about to use your CRM to call a customer and remind them about their lease-end options: DON’T CLICK THAT BUTTON.  Changes to Florida’s Telephone Solicitation Act (TSA), s.501.059, have made it difficult for businesses to market to their customers via text, voice call or pre-recorded voicemail messages. Whether it’s a new lead or a customer of ten years, a dealer needs to have that person’s prior written consent if the dealer plans on contacting them via an automated dialing system.
