The fastest and easiest way to submit the DR-HS2 “Hope Scholarship Program – Dealer Contribution Collection Report” with the Florida Department of Revenue and Step Up for Students is online.
After you have submitted the form online to the Florida DOR, the next step is to file the DR-HS2 form and remit contributions electronically with Step Up For Students:
  • To file the DR-HS2 form and remit payments electronically to Step Up for Students:

Please note, dealers have the option to mail a paper form to the Florida Department of Revenue and a paper form/payment to Step Up for Students. If you plan on mailing your payment, please do not submit your DR-HS2 form via e-mail to Step-Up.

  • Dealers should keep “Copy C” of the DR-HS2 for their records.
Reminder Due Dates for Reports/Payments:
Reports by motor vehicle dealers are due on the 1st day of the month following the sales and use tax reporting period and are late after the 20th day of the month following each reporting period. If the 20th falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a state or federal holiday, the report will be timely if received on the first business day following the 20th.
