True 360 is an inspection company that provides hands-on vehicle inspections to identify damage that may not be apparent during a visual inspection. True 360 reports are engineered to identify prior repairs or existing cosmetic damage to exterior body parts and provide a topside structural inspection for vehicles that have, or have not reported accident history. When structural components have been identified as previously repaired, it will document these areas in an easy-to-read, photo-identified, explanation of the findings. In cases where a vehicle sustained cosmetic damage, it integrates accident reports from third parties, such as Carfax and AutoCheck, to provide insight into previous repairs, giving a clearer picture of vehicle history.
When using True 360, vehicles that have been inspected are granted a certificate, along with a full inspection report that can be shared with your customers to grant an additional layer of transparency. It also allows you to add these reports directly to your VDP or SRP, so customers may view them online.
