- Dental Traditional Preferred, PPO, and Preventive Plus plans with a variety of deductible and annual maximum choices. Employees can see any dentist in the phone book. Plans can be customized with options such as orthodontia, implant, and composite filling riders.

Enhance your employees’ benefits with HumanaVision VCP options with multiple copayments and allowances. The benefit is available to groups with 10 or more enrolled employees; or with 2 – 9 when sold with a Humana medical or dental plan.
