FADA is constantly competing against the interests of other parties like lenders, realtors, and trial lawyers who want their issues to take priority.

This Session FADA has an ambitious agenda:

√ A simple pre-suit consumer demand letter prior to hiring a lawyer and beginning a lawsuit
√ Revise RISC to correct negative impacts of the Rogers’ case to dealer protections in buyers’ orders
√ Protect dealer exposures associated with Internet marketing schemes
√ Ease the regulatory expenses associated with annual compliance and duplicate licensing requirements

Yes, it does make a difference.  CONTRIBUTE TODAY!

Thank You!

The dealerships listed below contributed corporate funds, either at the $300 or $500 level, on their FADA dues renewal in 2011.

While we are grateful for these contributions, for CAR-PAC to compete with other industry PACs, we are launching a new campaign and asking members to make a larger commitment.
